Rent has again increased at WDW provided housing (yes PIs Falcon has increased as well), and this is the rent as of February 2017.
For those of you doing the Disneyland program rent is now $149.50 per week, so rent has increased there as well.
As for how to select your options you now rate them from most want option to least, so the bonus is you can now select more than 3-4 like the 2014/2015 application was.
As there is still debate and such about what exactly Disney meant by the new policy I will just post the statement here, so everyone can read it verbatim for themselves.
This rule was put in place on January 15, 2017 and as of right now will continue to be the rule until Disney says otherwise. To be clear this is just ICP and CPs for the moment PIs, Part-Time, and Full-Time are not included.
